 Prestige staff members are trained and experienced in caring for the patient outside of the hospital setting. Individualized care is under the direction of the physician and focuses on disease management and preventative education. Medical equipment, supplies and additional community services can be coordinated through Prestige Home Care. Repeated hospitalizations can often be avoided due to at-home supervision and intervention by skilled nurses. Emergency visits are done with a timely report of the patientÂ’s condition to you and your nurse. Physicians have the security of knowing that all federal and state requirements are met. Twenty-four (24) hour on call service is provided to you and your patient.
